Details

This class will begin teaching users how to assign call numbers using 2 cutters. You will learn how to construct complicated cutters for the LC Classification. You will learn how to use LC tables in the area of Literature. You need to have previously taken the Assigning Library of Congress Call Numbers Basic class or have that knowledge prior to taking this class. Those taking the class will need access to the classification schedules via the print books or Classification Web. Class can be taken without access to these materials but all exercises in the class may not be able to be finished without them.

This class will be held online. All registered attendees will receive an email with login information a few days prior to the 1st class date.
