Have you ever felt anxious when someone walks in needing help with their device and the person who normally helps has just left? Fear not, this interactive, in-person workshop will give you the skills and confidence you need to identify PC components, various devices, and where to begin looking when you’re not sure what to do to help.

PLEASE NOTE: Lunch is not provided in this workshop. You will have a one hour lunch break on your own.

Instructor: Pam Seabolt

Pam Seabolt currently works as the Community Engagement Librarian for the Midwest Collaborative for Library Services. Pam has been working in Indiana libraries much of her life. After receiving a B.S. from Purdue University in Child Development and Family Studies in 2003, Pam decided she wanted to keep working in libraries and went on to get her M.L.S. from Indiana University Purdue University Indianapolis in 2007. Pam has worked circulation, outreach, youth services, genealogy, reference, and managed technical services, technology, teen services and branch libraries. Pam has led major technology projects and created and delivered numerous trainings on a variety of technology topics.
