In today’s environment, we are faced with upheaval in our profession and uncertainty about our jobs. Librarians are now called on to figure out how to live in disruptive times, and that requires high levels of resilience and tolerance of ambiguity. Mary Ellen Bates, a long-time solopreneur and info pro, has identified the key skills and approaches that enable entrepreneurs to thrive in highly uncertain times, and will teach how librarians can apply these principles in intrapreneurial settings. This course will include both individual and small-group activities to help develop a new intrapreneurial mindset and build your intrapreneurial skills so you, too, can thrive in uncertain times.

This workshop is highly interactive. It is strongly recommended that you have a mic and camera enabled to fully participate in breakout rooms and activities.

This class will be held online. All registered attendees will receive an email with login information a few days prior to the class date.
